Live Streaming of Chief Justice Corona’s Impeachment Trial
NowPlanet.TV is owned by Information Capital Technology Ventures Inc. (ICTV) and aims to provide Filipinos worldwide a chance to witness the proceedings live. This effort from ICTV is in collaboration with the Asian Institute of Journalism and Communication (AIJC) and the Senate. What’s revolutionary about this effort is that the live streaming can be viewed on mobile devices like smartphones or tablets. According to AIJC, the initiative is the first of its kind that is optimized for desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
