ERNEST CU – GLOBE TELECOM, INCORPORATED.

Ernest Cu, 60 years old, has been the President and the Chief Executive Officer Globe Telecommunication Company since 2009. He has been innovative throughout his career with Globe. He got his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University in Manila and MBA from  J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Ernest Cu has been head of different companies and currently holds multiple membership at, Atr Kimeng Capital Partners Inc, Kickstart Ventures Inc, American Chamber of Commerce, Makati Business Club and a trusteed in De La Salle College of St. Benilde.

ALFREDO PANLILIO – SMART TELECOM, INCORPORATED.

Alfredo S. Panlilio, 56, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer of Smart Communication Inc. He obtained his MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, an undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

He has served as Senior Vice President since May 8, 2001. He has over 15 years of experience in business development.
Before joining PLDT, he held management positions at IBM Philippines, Inc. and was the Vice President for Business Development of the Lopez Communications Group until June 1999. Mr. Panlilio holds directorships in some subsidiaries of PLDT and PLDT Global.

DENNIS UY – DITO TELECOM, INCORPORATED.

Dennis Uy, 47, from Davao City is the Chief Executive Officer of DITO newest Telecommunication company in the Philippines that launched this March 2021. He also founded Udenna, a combination with interests spanning petroleum, oil and gas, shipping, logistics, real estate, education and gaming. Apart from that, He also  founded Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corp., a shipping and logistics industry and controls 2GO, a passenger ferry company.

He worked for their family business but later worked independently and led him to these companies. He finished his studies in De La Salle University with a program of Science in Business Management. He started. Dennis Uy was a hot topic of the business community in 2018, as he further cranked up his buying spree for companies. Also, in 2018, Uy bought convenience store chain FamilyMart and has bought 36 companies and since the latter ascended to power.

MEL VELARDE – NOW TELECOM, INCORPORATED.

Mel Velarde, 57, is the President and CEO of NOW Corporation which is a PSE listed company that is engaged with information and communications business. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies Major in Interdisciplinary Studies at Boston University, Massachusetts USA, Owner/President Management Program at the Harvard Business School, Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts and also acquired a Masters Degree in Business Economics at the University of Asia and the Pacific.

Mel Velarde, also, is co-founder of the operations of ABS-CBN subsidiary Sky Cable. He also has tons of responsibilities on other corporations and is linked to his businesses, Gamboa Holdings, Inc. Foodcamp Industries & Marketing, Inc. and Emerald Investments, Inc. and Chairman of Asian Institute of Journalism & Communication.
